  • Can I connect my camera or my computer directly to my digital picture frame?
Many of our customers have told us they prefer to use portable memory to transfer their pictures to their digital picture frames. That's why not every GiiNii digital photo frame is able to make a direct connection to a camera or PC. The 7A cannot be connected directly to a PC via the USB connector on the player. This connector is made for USB flash drives only.
  • How many pictures will my digital picture frame hold?
This depends on two factors: a) how large each of your photos are (in megapixels) and, b) how large your memory card or installed memory is in the device. For example, a 128 MB installed memory or memory card can hold up to 140 2-megapixel pictures (a standard photo size). If your photos are much higher resolution, you would be able to store fewer photos. Take a look at our chart to see how this translates for your particular situation. GiiNii™ digital photo frames are designed to show individual photo images up to 10 megapixels.
