How do I maximize performance for my AudioBulb system?
1. It is recommended to place the docking station at least 10 feet away from any wireless device, such as a router. 
2. For optimal sound performance, mount the docking station on an elevated position such as ceiling or pendent lights.  Concrete walls and metallic lamp shades may impact wireless signal. Avoid obstacles between the docking station and the AudioBulb for best performance when possible.
  
Why is my music fading in and out?
There may be interference between the docking station and the bulbs. Reposition the docking station to allow clear path between the base unit and bulbs.
 
Why do some of the music control buttons appear to not function properly?
The docking station may not be transmitting information fully due to potential interference. Please ensure the device is fully docked. If problem persist, remove the device from the station and try again.
 
There is no music coming out of the Bulb, what should I do?
1. Verify that there is electricity to the Bulbs.
2. Double check to see that the correct music source is selected.
Ensure that the light above the word “speaker” is on on the dock. If not, press the speaker button on the dock (left-most button). This button can also serve as a mute button.
3. Try re-pairing the bulbs with docking station, please refer to the Pairing Guide on page 14.
4. Ensure any dimmer switches are set to the maximum position or relocate bulbs to switches that do not have dimmers. 
5. Make sure iPhone is UNLOCKED before docking for full compatibility. 
 
There is buzzing coming from the speakers, how can I eliminate it?
The maximum distance between the base and the bulb should not exceed 50 to 100 feet depending on your environment, Try to relocate the dock to a centroal location or clear the air space that may be blocking the signal. It is also recommended to have 10 feet of clear space clear space between other wireless products, such as wireless phones or internet routers.

How do I use the reflectors?  
When installing AudioBulb in a lamp, we recommend incorporating these light reflectors that will allow improved distribution for LED light and audio.  

1. Simply remove the cap on top of the lampshade and the reflector protective film
2. Place the reflector between the harp and the shade
3. Secure placememt with the cap.

Digital Picture Frames

How do I set up the frame?
1. Connect the AC adaptor to the wall socket and your frame
2. Press and hold the power button
3. Insert your memory card or USB flash drives with your personalized photo content
4. You can save your photos directly to the picture frame if your model has onboard memory with Auto-Copy feature.

Why won’t my frame turn on?
1. Verify the AC connection on both ends
2. Press and hold the power button
3. If the frame still does not turn on, try a different wall socket and repeat the process above.

How to set Date & Time?
1. Press ESC button to access main menu
2. Scroll over to Settings (toolbox) and press OK
3. Date and Time should be highlighted, press OK
4. The year should be highlighted (green) press OK (brings up left and right arrow around the year)
5. Scroll left or right to select the correct year and press OK
6. Follow steps 1-5 to set up the month and date and also the time. 12h mode is normal time and 24h is military time.
7. Same principal for current time zone

How to delete single/all photos?
Models: GH-7AWP, GT-7AWP-1, GP-7AW-P,GH-8DNM, GH-8DNP, GH-ADNM

To delete all
1. Press ESC to access the main menu, scroll to the right to Albums and press OK.
2. Highlight which album you would like to delete the photo’s from and press ok to access the album.
3. To select ALL of the images in that album, press OK and then press the menu button to access the menu within that album (bottom of the screen). Select All should be highlighted, press OK.
4. Scroll over and highlight the “X” (delete) and press OK.

To delete single or multiple pictures
1. Press ESC to access the main menu, scroll to the right to Albums and press OK.
2. Highlight which album you would like to delete the photo’s from and press ok to access the album.
3. To select a single or multiple pictures in that album, press OK. The first photo in that album should have an orange box around the image at this time.
4. Scroll to a photo(s) you would like to delete and press OK to highlight the image(s), a green box appears around the image(s)
5. Once you have selected the image or images you would like to delete, press the menu button to access the menu within that album.
6. Scroll over and highlight the “X” (delete) and press OK.

Models: GN-702, GN-703, GN-A17, GN-818
In the main menu, use Down to access Setting menu.
1. Use Right to access General Setting option.
2. Use Up or Down to access the menu to Delete.
3. Use Left or Right to select Favorite or Internal.
4. Press the OK button to confirm your setting and return to Setting menu.
5. Press Exit to leave this menu and go back to the main menu.
If you want to delete specific photos (not all), then from the main menu navigate to “Source” and select which source you want pictures delete from, Internal memory or Favorite. Return to the main menu and navigate to “File”, Select the folder you want to delete. Once in the folder you need to select each picture that you want to delete

How to copy images?
Models: GH-7AWP, GT-7AWP-1, GP-7AW-P,GH-8DNM, GH-8DNP, GH-ADNM

1. Insert memory card or flash drive
2. Once prompted, it will say “Copy All Photos to Internal Memory?” highlight checkmark (turns green) and press OK
3. Once all images are copied it will say “Files Copied”.

Models: GN-702, GN-703, GN-A17, GN-818
In the main menu, use Down to access Setting menu.
6. Use Right to access General Setting option.
7. Use Up or Down to access the menu to Copy.
8. Use Left or Right to select Favorite or Internal.
9. Press the OK button to confirm your setting and return to Setting menu.
10. Press Exit to leave this menu and go back to the main menu.

Can I connect PC directly to my digital picture frame?
You can connect directly to a PC via the mini USB connector on the Picture frame on products with internal memory.
1. Connect the smaller USB to the frame and the larger side to PC.
2. Your computer will recognize the frame as a “Mass Storage Device” once the connection is made and frame is turned on.
3. You can now make modifications to the file list similar to any USB flash drives.

Where is the remote?
GH-8DNM and GH-ADNM multimedia units are equipped with remote control. Other models do not have built-in IR sensor to support this option.

Where can I find more clock skins and scrapbooks?
Visit GiiNii.com for bonus clock skins and scrapbook themes. Click on the “EXTRA” tab, located on top of the page, and follow the instructions. As of now, this feature is only available to picture frames equipped with scrolling wheel navigation system.

What is the warranty for this model?
All GiiNii models come with a standard 90 day warranty

My Picture frame dims after some time, why? (For legacy products only)
GiiNii Picture frame’s come with a energy saving feature called “EnerGiiNii”, There is an operational mode that can make the Picture frame conserve energy during the night time. It seems that this is current set “on” with your Picture frame. It can be easily turned off by going into the Menu, then going down to General Settings, then up to “EnerGiiNii” and selecting “Off”.

I copied pictures from my Memory Card and I saw an error message. What is this? (For legacy products only)
This error pops up if the frame has a photograph with an unsupported format.
The error message will disappear within 9 seconds. Check the library on the Picture frame to see which pictures has the problem. Please try to re-save them on your PC in JPEG format and try again

Scanners

How do I set up the scanner?
1. Connect the AC adaptor to the wall socket and your scanner
2. Press and hold the power button
3. Insert a SD card, facing down, in the memory slot
4. Insert the photograph in a product sleeve and place it into the feeding guide facing downward.
5. Press the SCAN button to start the process

How to delete single/all photos
1. Press the MENU button
2. Press the down arrow to highlight DELETE and press OK
3. Select “One” or “All” and press OK
4. Highlight Cancel or OK and press OK

Why are the scanned images not showing?
Make sure there is an SD card in the card reader and photo is facing down before processing it through the feeder

Can I connect PC directly to my scanner?
You can connect directly to a PC via the mini USB connector

2. Please make sure there is an SD card in the card reader
3. Your computer will recognize the frame as a “Mass Storage Device” once the connection is made and scanner is turned on.
4. You can now make modifications, via PC connection, to edit any photos saved on the SD card

What is the warranty for this model?
All Giinii models come with a standard 90 day warranty
